What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, organization). Query text and documents you submit to search or compare. Usage logs (requests, timestamps, coarse performance metrics) needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To return results, run the retrieval and comparison pipeline, operate and secure the service, bill for usage, and respond to support requests.
Your query data
Query text is processed inside our own cloud account to produce your results. We do not sell it, and we do not use customer query content to train our models. This is a design commitment, not a setting you have to find.
Sharing
We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers that run the service under contract (for example, cloud hosting), or when the law requires it. Aggregate, non-identifying metrics may inform published benchmarks.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and query logs for a limited operational window, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your account data.
Security
Access is authenticated and least-privilege; data in transit is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat customer content as confidential and limit who can reach it.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will act on valid requests.
Cookies
The site uses minimal cookies and local storage — for example, to remember your light or dark theme. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We’ll post updates here with a new date. Material changes will be called out.
